Tonight

Tonight

My Scarlet Rose worships the sacred sunlight

Her skin   so tanned and brown is out of sight

She's also an untamed creature of the night

To embrace her would be an awesome delight

She will always be my Princess and I her Knight

If any dragon should threaten   I will surely fight

To my bed chamber   I happily invite

She will take my soul to an all new height

Ultimately   I try to be thoughtful and polite

But tonight   her passions   I wish to ignite

Tell me my dear   will you allow me to excite

Please   tell me my desires will be all right

I fantasize, too! This helps me get out of my reality for some time! By the way, I always fantasize while drawing or painting. I take myself into another world where I can be happy. Where I don't feel pain..........

Your description is so vivid, I see her in my minds eye.  She's beautiful.  Your emotion comes through as well in the words you chose.  I enjoyed this.

Fantasy and dreams are what keep us going. This is a prime example of how it's kept your romantic streak alive and well :o)

Great job!
