Lex of the Dammed

Trapped inside the shadows of my own disillusion
I feel the pain
The sting and agony of all mankind's betrayal againest me
Once one of their own
Now I know no home and no name
No name but one
This name tattooed and scarred upon my broken,
                             bleeding back
They call me...
                              Lex The Dammed

Cast out of Heaven
Told there was no room for me in Hell
Now I roam this plain called Earth
In search of some peace
In search of who I could be and where I might belong
Caught between the land of the living and the dead
I find no answers
Only more questions calling the name
My name of......
                                Lex The Dammed

Yes, I am
But I am not afraid
No, never afraid am I
For even thou all others have deserted and left me alone
                                       to die
In a cold, cold, barren poor man's grave
I have myself still to depend upon
Fighting againest all odds
Vowing someday to get even
Vowing someday to find and and to understand
Why, how, and who left me this way
Alone in a world I truely have no part of
Whispering to all and any who try to comfort me
Please go on
Go on about your way and cry no tears for me
Please, cry tears at my prettys for me....
                          Lex The Dammed

Silent screaming
Haunting me in my dreams
I love no one and no one loves me
For to become too close for either of us would be far too
                                    deadly and dangerous
And so alone I must wander and wonder
Is this how my fate is to always be?
Is my destiny this and this alone?
To be forever a man wanted by no one
Not even himself
A man lost in the darkness of the sunlight shining down
                                   upon him

A man dead yet still living
A man known for all time as only.....
