Jumper

Jumper

When you’re teetering on the edge

Been taken to the brink.

When you’re standing on a ledge

Now.

Given time to think,

Should I leap?

Or should I fall?

Do I want to end it all?

Or is the reason

That I stand here

A reason not at all.

To leap would be

A great adventure

I really feel a call.

But to love

Be loved back

Is the reason  I will fall.
