the evolution of love and planets
Not long ago on a collison course through space were two distant planets
Each of them living and thriving; Unaware and unprepared that they would be colliding
On each life was about surviving, a lot less complicated for they didnt know what was arriving
As epochs past and life became more advanced, science matured them as first slowly then fast
As they were drawn closer they became more entranced; Curious about each other they flirted and they danced
As gravity drew them nearer their love grew stronger like the pull between them
Once ravaged by war the water planet for the first time felt a hope for freedom
On the other desolate red planet, slaves chained to an unloved past held love for the one that freed them

Then one day they both opened up their eyes, stopped for a second and began to realize
That the hope and energy they found in each other was also the source of their demise
But it was to late to avoid their fate by cutting off ties; For blind love pulled them to close to fight off lies
And to no ones suprise, when they collided the pain was to much to bear that no one survived
Both of their cores broke into fragments, tragic how a love so strong could turn so stagnant
Proof that something of so much beauty could destory so much our minds can't fathom it

There is only shards of blossoming planets left, no longer adrift with life, no longer left to co exisit
They are not stars who collide emotionless, but through time each will find its place and once again coalesce

you are very insightful, and it comes through clearly in your words, beautifully written and well presented, bravo

Your words are amazing, keep writing.

When your so wrapped up in your own little world, nothing else seems to matter.

An excellent use of metaphor to express the sometimes devestating affects love can have! Even when we see the collision coming, we are powerless to stop what fate has set into motion. I really enjoyed reading this.
