Bet It All

You are my dream maker.
Despite the setbacks,
Your image and my desire,
Burn so shiny bright.

Play a penny or the dollars!
I bet it all now on your heart.
No better odds ever,
Might this fool have.

Fate brought us together
For something more than this.
Know that as long as I'm alive,
I'll always seek to win your kiss!

Richard - Not a bettor by nature these are odds that seem to make sense to me. The closest thing to a win-win outcome.

That's what they mean by unconditional love...If you don't bet it all, it ain't really love....It's need fulfillment.. Been there and done that, Richard...You always lose that hand...len

The metaphor says it all. Life and love may be a gamble. If you you don't bet the whole kit and kabootle you'll never know. Very positive affirmation. jp

Wonderful~! When your muse comes to your heart, then any writing is possible~ This is, again, a great affirmation of your love for this individual~ It is sparkling...
