Winter Within

within winter blows inward
i hold my puzzeled lantern
and cast a pale light
into the expansive snow.

why does the gentle
illumination sputter
in the glittering coldness.
ever i walk the empty roads
and nameless paths.

As stars swim in the pentragrams
and the nexxus  of frozenness
that surrond me a beuty i cannot answer

a puzzel i can only solve
 with kindness
a self denie that leaves no tracks
across the snow wash soul
and the capacity to surfice
 in the dream of snowflakes
awakens me  for in the distance
a calm candle calls to me
from a window
towards a direction
my feet never ment to tread...
no relief as my words freeze softly
in the wind...

Dear Andrew,

This poem is heartfelt, as always.
Intriguing, as always,
and beautiful, as always.

You are beautiful, and I love you very much my friend.

I think, humbly, that only God knows where and what we were meant for...

May you be blessed by peace.

Hugs,
Little Fox~

Andrew~
Inspiring work you have put together~
Sometimes I believe,we just follow the direction that feels true and right..even though we dont know exactly how we stumbled upon it..the last stanza is great~keep smiling and penning my friend!
"wishing words out of silence can be something of a soulstretch..so much silence and so many words"..
