We Will Get You, Bin Laden

We stood in amazement, on that September day,
as a part of our world, was taken away,
government and rescue, tried to scurry,
never seen so many,  be so worried,
the black smoke billowed, and millions cried,
believers and non alike, all questioned why,
now we've pieced together why, where and who,
and we'll get Bin Laden, if it's the last thing we do,
never seen so many,  be so worried,
the whole world, was in a hurry,
so what's with Iraq, are they guilty too,
our president promised, that's what we'd do,
we'll get you Bin Laden, if it's the last thing we do,
now here we are at war, is this the end,
or is America just trying, to start a trend,
do we not get tired of blood, tears and smoke,
we're at war with the world, and it's no joke,
can you believe, what that terrorist did,
he killed our husbands, wives and kids,
now as the bible says, a tooth for a tooth,
we'll get you Bin Laden, if it's the last thing we do.

Imagine faced with being burned to death or jumping out of a tall building. That is the most chilling part for me on 9/11. Whenever I lose my resolve over what we are doing over seas I think of that choice Bin Laden gave those people in the towers that day. Nice write Sir!
