Fugly was the Cats Name
I was talking to Donna a friend that I go to college with, and she was telling me about a cat that has been abandoned by her neighbors; the cat has taken up at her house. Donna showed me where the cat bit her. Therefore, I asked Donna, “What are you calling the cat-Fangs?” Donna said, “That is what my husband asked me, and I told him I have been calling him Fugly.” Donna said, My husband said, ‘You call him what.’” Donna repeated Fugly, then her husband said “You can’t call him Fugly, what does that mean anyway?” Donna said, “That means he is uglier than ugly.” Then, Donna told me, “That is the ugliest cat I have ever seen in my life.” Donna said, “It has gray splotches with orange and white splotches mixed in and black spots on it, also.Donna said, “Somebody needs to teach that cat not to bite the hand that feeds it.” I gather that the cat has not had a very good home-life before it took up with Donna and her family. Judging from what else Donna told me, I am quite sure that Donna and her family will give the cat a better life than it had, if it will, learn to behave itself and quit its biting.
Author's Notes:
This is a true story that happened about fouror five years ago when I was going to college.  Anyone that reads it needs to read Fuglies ex-owners.  They go along together; I just didn't know the whole story when I wrote this part.

I don't know if you can teach a cat not to bite. For Fugly's sake, I hope Donna can. Nice work, Damon. ML

Steven King said of cats.."Cats are the outlaws of the animal kingdom. They live and die in voilence....MY son has been a cat lover since birth..That's the only reason we have one..I've always said about cats, If you die in your house, your dog will mourn you...Your cat will eat you....len

it is so sad all the animals that are abandoned or don't have homes. I always end up with every stray in the neighborhood...and love them all. I hope Fugly is happy at your friends home. This is a great story.

Poor cat....I can only imagine the plight of the cat in the neighborhood...But, glad that they took Fugly in....

Margaret...

Perhaps, SS is correct? A little spacing?
Just a friendly question...
