Good Morning

"Good morning," to you I couldn't say.
Just couldn't wake you as sun came out today.
Like an apparition you were to my gaze.
Soft ebony locks framing your face in dawn's first rays.

The softness, the touches, and joy linger still.
As of body pleasure I know neither had our fill.
And after, warmed by you all through the night.
Your breathing, your scent was heavenly delight.

Yet nothing rises, nothing sets in our hearts.
We hold each other close and wish for another day start.
Another wonderful day together please let it be so.
At it's end may we lie together again no matter where we go.

There is something very special about this particular morning. I think it is the way two hearts greet one another. This is a very dreamy, love filled poem. Sounds like the very best of mornings.

Sometimes the BEST mornings are those when we simply gaze at our love and bask in the moment of innocent beauty.
It seems this was fine Good Morning indeed.
How utterly lovely. ~Pam
