~Various Sizes~

Today while swimming,
at the Y.
We seen a lot of,
people of various size.

There were little,
teeny tiny babies.
Swimming with their,
Mommies and Daddies.

Toddlers of many,
different ages.
Their swimming abilities,
were of many different stages.

There were plenty,
of teenagers to fill the pool.
Causing lots of waves,
and acting quite the fool.

Then we get to the adults,
some were so skinny they looked frail.
Some were of medium stature,
and then look out it's Shamu the Whale.

We had a lot of family fun,
watching all the people.
Until we got so cold,
that we began to turn purple.

Author's Notes:

We just recently joined the YMCA as a family.
We've been having fun swimming and watching the people.

LMAO~"Then we get to the adults,

Too funny! :o)

Enjoyed the light (and heavy) humor in this poem.
