Disappearing Sky
The sky must one day end
How surprising for
Unassuming rain clouds..
Where has the sky gone too?
The ground morns
Flowers wither
Oceans churn
Mountains falls
Stars wink into nothingness
As my simple poem folds
Into blankness

As my eyes blow meaning
Into the disturbed corners of the earth.
Forsaken.

Most do not notice the sky is gone
Go about making pyramids of money
Inventing new cruelties of flesh
As language dissolves into space.

Sparrows disappear into darkness.
Beyond logic perhaps the sky
Has found a better unassuming world
In which to encompass in fullness
And somewhere over
Beaded Lunar sands clouds saunter
In schemes of rain
Words like goldfish Swim in vast craters.
Poems grow on newborn trees of veining lines.
In the desert of this world even my tears
desperate have gone
paleness flows upon my flesh.
My lips forget to speak
My teeth no longer chatter
And poems no longer
Pour from the riddle of my heart
My body is pressed into forgetfulness
As a cold city swallows me...

Without the sky...we cannot exist. Pollution is threatening...and the dollars change hands.

Marvelous work that describes the threat we all face of losing the sky.

OH, MY HOW YOUR THOUGHT SPEAK TO US ALL>>>In the desert of this world even my tears
desperate have gone
paleness flows upon my flesh.
My lips forget to speak
My teeth no longer chatter
And poems no longer
Pour from the riddle of my heart
My body is pressed into forgetfulness
