How many times have I often stated
How Iím always feeling so frustrated
I have many things imprisoned inside
Forgotten, alone and silent Iíve cried

There is so much that I want to say
But I havenít learned how to push play
My hands outstretched yet no one cares
And Iím weary from fixing my own repairs

So Itís time I quit trying to keep the score
I find it doesnít mater to me anymore
With my soul escaping through my many scars
Iím grateful that I have made it this far

short and well written.. it holds many meanings in few lines.. and though the words are simple you can tell there is more to it

James, this is a true account about some of the "demons" which haunt us in our everyday lives.
Many if not all of us are subjected to feel this way at times.
Very powerful write my friend.

I think most can relate to this poem of desperation and frustration with daily life as it comes at us.
Deep write here James!
Nicely done.

Yes! james. How much I can identify with this. The inner agony waiting to be expressed and freed but how and why?
You are well on your road many people will now benefit from the torment you have known. The anger and confusion of losing your friend.I like to think that even the darkest episodes give us something and as a fellow warrior wounded in battle I am so happy to know you my dear James.

this one seems to be the one that speaks to me the most. I've been down this same road...fixing my own repairs, as you so rightly stated.
I love this one, and am certainly looking forward to being able to purchase a copy of your new book. Congrats, by the way! I'm proud of you :)
