Hot And Cold
How like a leaf in autumn
is my love.
How i wait in the limbs of life
for my chance to float
for the merest season.
How my intellect rebels
in the white tower of my mind
as the knots
i tie in the velvet of my heart cascade
as i descend past bough of time
winds teach such cession...

Why must i be both hot and cold
and shiver under the gleaming buttons
of virtue.
Why is that which cannot be grasp
illicit such beauty such languid landscapes.
Swirl i shall to find meaning
and at the end of cycle of frailty
for some wisdom cannot be decoded
as desire struggles to adds its own verses...

i shall fly
but there is always a price
waiting in darkness
after the fall gravity
as i join others in the long shadows
blades of the grass of death sway
splashing moonlight forgets
as the world closes
my heart like a simple puzzle opens perfected
love has its own reasons beyond
the quiet illusions of flesh
beyond the tatters of concise thinking...

Beautiful. You know, I do not know what to say about your words. So, I just leave these lines, so you know I have been here and read them...
