Beyond The Windows Of Reason

Winds how you slouch
around the triangle
lean of the roof.
How the shutters echo across night
against the pulsating air
and sentry of the pealing house walls.
i can not join you mischievous winds
as you skirt the shingles
sweep across other side of ceiling.
How i desire your essence
and playfully emptinesses
for all i have is my fleshy compactness
for in my lack rubbling against
ground and sky expanding creature
with hollowing ribs cages worlds
in invisible outpouring.

i blessed by your invisible brushing
as my spirit stirs and flies
over the spirals of midnight
past the pale gleaming
cathedral of the moon
and merging hedges of cloud and mist
hidden fruit awaits beyond corners of eyes
for i am free
to find my paths
as my hair sways in fluid gossamer of dreams
among knowledge of leaves i flow
finding the distance between meaning and being.

i seem to flee beyond the windows of reason
but somewhere in vaults of unending sky
a simple raindrop waits for me
like an unrecognized lover
in vast chambers surging glimmering
with mysterious maidens holding
back the sparrows of storms
as ancient castles turn
silk like i rumple in the wet kisses
with wordless folding
back down in the nostrils of my prison
darkness of surprising stairs leading
into interior mazes and i know that the day
will polish me into forgetfulness
as naked stars run across
the veiling firmament of my dimming mind. .

Breathtaking poetry Andrew...
Another one of those moments where one cannot find mere words to describe what was read...
