wishing that you were next to me
for fourty days and fourty nights
my life has been dark and gray
knowing that i am gone and far away from you
and i will always still love you for each and every day

i close my eyes and picturing us
that we are standing next to each other
knowing that this is all a dream
and so when i wake up i will
start to pout and scream

and with the tears that are coming
down my eyes i can only wish
to see your pretty smile one more time
